Terms of Service

1.About these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and RD Dairy & GoA2 Dairy (“RD Dairy”, “we”, “us”), Chennai, for the use of rddairy.com, the RD Dairy app and our milk and dairy delivery service. By creating an account, placing an order or starting a subscription, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2.Your account

• Please share your correct name, mobile number and delivery address, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. Activity on your account is treated as yours.
• One account covers one delivery address. Ask us to add a second address if you need one.
• We may suspend an account that is used for false orders, misuse or unpaid dues.

3.Delivery area and timing

• We deliver across the areas of Chennai that our routes serve. We confirm availability for your address before starting delivery.
• Deliveries reach you every morning. Exact timing depends on your route.
• A delivery charge applies and is added to your monthly bill. Our team shares the amount for your area when confirming your subscription.
• Please keep a safe spot ready for your milk, such as a bag or box at your door. Once delivered there, the products are in your care.
• Heavy rain, flooding, strikes, road closures or other events beyond our control may delay or stop a delivery. Days we miss are left off your bill.

4.Subscriptions

• Your subscription begins on the start date we confirm with you, at the daily quantity you choose.
• To pause, change quantity, add extra milk or take leave, call or WhatsApp us at +91 90805 02101 by 8:30 PM the day before. Requests received later take effect from the following day.
• You can stop your subscription at any time with the same 8:30 PM notice. Your final bill covers deliveries made up to that day.
• We may adjust delivery days during festivals or farm maintenance, and we will inform you in advance.

5.Orders on the website

• Orders placed on rddairy.com are confirmed on WhatsApp once received.
• You can pay by Cash on Delivery or by UPI. For UPI, please enter the correct transaction reference so we can match your payment.
• Orders depend on stock. If an item is unavailable, we will call you to offer a substitute, a later date or a refund.

6.Prices, billing and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on our website and include applicable GST.
• Prices may change with feed costs and season. We inform subscribers before a new price applies, and it applies only to deliveries made after that date.
• Subscription bills are shared at the start of each month for the previous month’s deliveries, including the delivery charge.
• You can pay by cash, bank transfer or UPI, by the due date shown on your bill.
• If a bill stays unpaid after reminders, we may hold deliveries until it is settled.

7.Glass bottles

Our milk comes in reusable glass bottles that belong to RD Dairy. Please rinse empty bottles and keep them ready for collection on your next delivery. Bottles that are lost or broken while in your care may be charged at replacement cost on your monthly bill.

8.Product care

• Our A2 milk is fresh and free from preservatives. Please refrigerate it as soon as it arrives and boil it before drinking.
• Use our products within the shelf life shown on the label or shared by our team.
• Natural milk varies a little in taste, colour and cream with the season and the cows’ feed. This is a sign of purity.

9.Quality concerns and refunds

• If anything is wrong with a delivery, send us a WhatsApp message with a photo within 24 hours, and keep the product aside.
• Once verified, we replace the item on your next delivery or credit its value to your monthly bill.
• Refunds for prepaid UPI orders that we cancel or cannot fulfil are sent back to the same UPI account within 5 to 7 working days.
• Products that were stored or handled outside our care instructions fall outside this promise.

10.Using our website and app

Please use our website, app and chat assistant only for genuine orders and enquiries. Attempts to misuse, copy or disrupt the service, or to access another customer’s account, will lead to suspension and may be reported to the authorities.

The RD Dairy name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to RD Dairy and may be shared only with our written permission.

11.Our responsibility

We take great care with every bottle. If something goes wrong on our side, our responsibility is limited to replacing the affected product or refunding or crediting its value. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for issues arising from information you gave us incorrectly.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be settled through a friendly conversation with our team, and if needed, by the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

13.Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms. For any question, reach us here:
